SatelliteUSA.com is a division of VMC Satellite. VMC Satellite is an Authorized Retailer for DISH Network/EchoStar Communications Corporation. By placing an order through this website or on the telephone you are agreeing to the terms and conditions contained on this page, in addition to any DISH Network terms and conditions.  You understand and are aware that by placing an order with VMC Satellite you are entering into a binding agreement with VMC limited solely by a refund of unused installation certificates within 10 days of purchase. Certificates are not refundable after installation. A non-refundable $9.99 order processing fee applies to all new orders for service at the time of purchase. Please see our Privacy Policy for information regarding the treatment of your personal information. You understand that all installation, service, and billing will be handled directly by DISH Network. 

Terms of Service; Equipment and Service Fees

DISH Network may, at its option, choose to review your consumer credit report in order to qualify you for an offer. Programs are available for all levels of credit. You may be offered an alternate program depending on certain qualifications. DVR upgrade fees may vary depending on your credit.

All satellite and receiver equipment installed by DISH Network shall at all times remain the sole property of DISH Network. DISH Network will grant you use of the installed equipment for as long as you remain an active subscriber. In the event that your service is ever discontinued, DISH Network reserves the right to receive the equipment back from you within 15 days or you may be charged a fee.

Next Day Installation Offer available in most geographic areas; eligibility based on service address. Weather, workload, and other factors may prevent installation within 24 hours. Next Day installation may not be available in multiple-dwelling buildings such as apartments or condominiums. As an inducement to receive this FREE INSTALLATION OFFER from VMC Satellite, you are making an 24-month commitment to remain a DISH Network subscriber, without interruption.

Digital Home Advantage:  

Digital Home Advantage is for new customers and is available for a limited time. It requires a 24-month qualifying programming purchase (minimum of DishFAMILY), social security number, valid major credit card and credit approval. If qualifying service is terminated prior to the end of the 24-month period, a cancellation fee equal to the lesser of $240 or $10 per cancelled month of service will apply. Equipment must be returned to DISH Network upon termination of qualifying service. Limit 4 tuners per account. Monthly package price includes an equipment rental fee of $5.00 or $6.00 for first receiver, based on selected model. An additional monthly equipment rental fee of $5.00 or $6.00 will be charged for each receiver beyond the first, based on selected model. A monthly $5.00 additional outlet programming access fee applies for each dual-tuner receiver; fee will be waived monthly for each such receiver continuously connected to Customer’s phone line. HD programming requires HD receiver and HD television (sold separately). If Customer does not subscribe to a qualifying HD Programming, a monthly $7.00 HD Enabling fee will apply. Lease upgrade fee may apply for select receivers (based on model). Your equipment will be installed by Dish Network/Echostar Communications Corp. DVR equipment is free in the first two rooms. If you want DVRs in a third and/or fourth room, a $99 upgrade fee will apply. A monthly DVR service fee of $5.98 per month applies for your first two rooms with DVR service. Additional DVR equipment will incur a $5.98 service fee per room. (Example: DVR in two rooms will be $5.98 per month. DVR in three rooms will be $11.96 per month.) Additional programming may be ordered at applicable monthly rates. If you move during the initial 24 month commitment, a fee for installation in your new home will apply unless you subscribe to DHPP. Alternately you can sign up for a 24-month extension.  Digital Home Advantage Plan offer may not be combined with any other offers. Customer must return equipment at the end of 24-month term or may continue on a month-to-month basis at current monthly rate of the Digital Home Advantage Plan. Failure to return all equipment upon termination of services will result in customer paying an Equipment Fee. See the DISH Network Digital Home Advantage Plan Customer Agreement for complete details. All service marks and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Digital Home Advantage with DishDVR Advantage:

In addition to the terms listed above, the following terms shall also apply.  Customer must be eligible to receive local channels. Discounted price will continue to apply after 24-month commitment unless customer downgrades from qualifying programming (America’s Top 100, America’s Top 200, DishLATINO Plus, DishLATINO Dos, DishLATINO Max) plus local channels or removes qualifying dual-tuner DVR receiver from account. Then-current prices will apply for all programming and equipment fees. Please be advised that there is a $5.00 transaction fee for removing or changing (trading for a like-priced package) programming. The fee to remove or change adult programming is $10.00.

"Lifetime Warranty" refers to the Digital Home Protection Plan (“DHPP”). DHPP offer requires participation in Digital Home Advantage with 24-month commitment and at least DishFamily programming. After 9 free months of DHPP, customer must call to downgrade or then-current price will apply. As part of the DHPP program, if you move during the initial 24-month commitment, you will be eligible for DISH Network's Mover Program, which will provide free installation of your DISH Network system in your new home one time each year. Please be advised that DISH Network charges an early termination/non-activation fee.  Please see DISH Network terms and conditions for details.

Hawaii customers Dish antenna may vary depending on location and may require additional hardware costs.

VMC Satellite Additional Terms

By placing your order by phone or via the Internet, you acknowledge and agree that VMC Satellite, or its agent(s), may charge you an early termination fee/non activation fee of $290, in addition to what DISH Network does or does not charge, in the event that your service is never activated (or) once activated, is interrupted or terminated within the first 24 months. You agree that VMC may, at its discretion, bill you or charge your credit card for this non activation/early termination fee plus all costs associated with collecting this fee.

The purchaser acknowledges that he/she is not applying for or requesting any form of consumer credit from VMC Satellite, and that the purchase and/ or use of an installation certificate shall not create a credit grantor/ grantee relationship between VMC Satellite, and the purchaser as defined under Federal Consumer Credit Acts.

Promotion Additional Terms and Conditions

The following promotions are subject to the terms and conditions contained herein as well as the additional DISH Network terms and conditions:

3 Months Free Programming – Effective February 1, 2008.  A $39.99 credit applied to a qualifying customer’s 1st month of service, 10th month of service, and 20th month of service (a value of up to $119.97). These credits will be applied to the customer’s 1st, 9th, and 19th billing statements.  Applicable to qualifying new customer Promotional Programs requiring a 24-month term agreement  In addition to other applicable terms and conditions, participating customers must maintain the following minimum qualifying programming at all times during their term agreement:  America’s Top 100 or higher; DishLATINO or higher; or One or more qualifying International programming packages.  Please note: DishFAMILY does not constitute minimum qualifying programming under the “3 Months Free Programming” promotional offer.

Dispute

Placing an order on the telephone, or using this website will constitute your agreement to contact us directly in the event you have any dispute as to the charges made to your credit card by VMC. You agree to contact us at 703-206-1150 and allow us an opportunity to satisfactorily resolve any issue you have PRIOR to disputing any charge directly with your credit card company. In the event that you request a refund from us, and we later determine that a DISH Network satellite TV system was installed in your home, you agree to allow us to charge your credit card for the previously refunded amount.

Promotional offers end 7/31/08  and is available in the continental United States for new, first-time DISH Network residential customers. All prices, packages and programming subject to change without notice. Local and state sales taxes may apply. Where applicable, equipment rental fees and programming are taxed separately. All DISH Network programming, and any other services that are provided, are subject to the terms and conditions of the promotional agreement and Residential Customer Agreement, available at www.dishnetwork.com or upon request. Local channels packages by satellite are only available to customers who reside in the specified local Designated Market Area (DMA). Local channels may require an additional dish antenna from DISH Network, installed free of any charges with subscription to local channels at time of initial installation. Social Security Numbers are used to obtain credit scores and will not be released to third parties except for verification and collection purposes only or if required by governmental authorities. ESPN GAME PLAN:  Blackouts are determined on a per game basis and are available the week preceding the game. This blackout information will be posted on dishnetwork.com/football as soon as they are available.  FOX Sports Networks programming subject to blackout restrictions and licensed for residential use only. Regional sports networks not available in all areas.

Limitation of Liability; Choice of Law; Arbitration

VMC Satellite assumes no liability for your use of this website. While information contained herein is deemed to be accurate, we are not responsible for errors or omissions. Promotions often change and cannot be made retroactive. As an authorized retailer of DISH Network's programming packages and promotions, we hereby represent that DISH Network shall be the sole determining party as to what any consumer is entitled to under DISH Network's promotions. By using this website, you agree that all legal disputes shall be resolved under Virginia Law in Fairfax County, VA. You also agree that VMC Satellite, may elect to use binding arbitration, at its sole determination, as an alternative to formal legal process.
